How to delete your data from The Post Engine
Log in to your account at thepostengine.com, go to Settings, and click "Delete Account." This permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including your Brand DNA profile, generated content, connected account tokens, and personal information. All data is removed within 30 days.
If you only want to remove a specific social media connection (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Pinterest), go to Settings and click "Disconnect" next to the account you want to remove. This revokes our access and deletes the associated token immediately. You can also revoke access directly from your platform settings (e.g., Meta Account Settings, Google Account Permissions, Pinterest Settings).
If you are unable to access your account, send an email to support@thepostengine.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove: your name and email address, your encrypted password, all connected social media tokens, your Brand DNA profile, all generated content (captions, images), all scheduled and published post records, your billing information reference (actual payment data is held by Stripe and deleted per their policy), and all analytics and usage data associated with your account.
