The Post Engine is a content intelligence platform that generates, schedules, and publishes social media content to your connected accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all content published through your account, including content generated by our engine. You agree to review content through the preview and approval workflow before it is published. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You retain full ownership of all content published through The Post Engine, including captions, images, and any other media generated on your behalf. Content is created for your exclusive use. You grant us permission to publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By connecting your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest), you authorize The Post Engine to publish content, read basic profile information, and access engagement data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account at any time. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or terms that may affect the availability of our service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Add-on purchases (extra generations, competitor analyses, Brand DNA insights) are non-refundable once used.
Each plan includes monthly limits on content generations, Brand DNA insights, competitor analyses, and regenerations. Content scheduling and uploading is unlimited on all plans. Limits reset on your billing date each month. Unused limits do not carry over to the next month. You can purchase add-ons to increase limits at any time.
You agree not to use The Post Engine to publish content that violates any connected platform's community guidelines or terms of service, is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination, infringes on others' intellectual property rights, or contains misleading or deceptive information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Content generated by our engine is created using third-party services and is provided as-is. While we strive for high quality and brand accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from publishing generated content. Some features rely on third-party services for content generation. You agree that generated content may be processed by these providers according to their terms. We do not guarantee any specific results, growth, or performance outcomes from using The Post Engine.
We aim to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed or delayed posts due to platform API outages, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
The Post Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, content published through the service, service interruptions, or changes to third-party platform APIs or policies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of The Post Engine after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
